Design Service

The spaces we design will be driven by YOUR needs! Our innovative designs will help not only create a beautiful space but also an environment that functions for you. Your involvement will be critical at this stage, it will be after a space fully designed around you.

Site Surveys

We will conduct a thorough inspection of your proposed site and plans so you can be reassured your project will run smoothly.

Extensions

If you are looking for extra space to enjoy with friends and family, we are here to help grow your home into a place with room for all.

Drawings

Once you have chosen to get on board with us, we will meet at your home.We will be measuring up so we can create your final design. You will receive a full drawings package including the block plan, the location plan, elevation drawings and detailed floor plans. Your full S – Design Process drawings package will be with you within two weeks

3D Modelling

Let your imagination run wild as you picture yourself relaxing in your brand new space, thanks to our accurate, fully rendered and textured 3D models.

Planning Approval

We will walk you through the planning approval process, taking your application from submission to approval, stress-free. The local authority will take around 8 weeks with your application. Plenty of time for us to help you get clued up for the build.

Conversion

Building Control Approval

Building regulations in the United Kingdom are statutory instruments that seek to ensure that the policies set out in the relevant legislation are carried out. Building regulations approval is required for most building work in the UK. Before building you will be required to provide a set of detailed drawings ensuring that your building will meet the standards for construction in the UK. These drawings will be provided to your builder in order to quote for the work.
